You could try and do that. The people from the website Serenesforest are dedicated to translating FE games.

I love the Fire Emblem saga but I hate the fact that the ridiculous companies that own the saga or game or whatever haven't made the slightest effort to translate all the games of the saga (I mean like a re-release, they don't need to remake the whole thing, just port the games (/ok)). I don't know ...
