I'm curious

I listen to almost everything, from heavy bands like 'Chelsea Grin' and 'Acacia Strain' to indie bands like 'Little Comets' and 'The Shout out Louds. Lately I've been listening to A LOT of Little Comets.. if you enjoy indie music do yourself a favour and listen to them!

My favourite band is the Offspring, so you'd think I spend the rest of my time listening to punk rock, right?






Nope. After The Offspring, I only listen to power metal. Angra (they are Brazilian!), Pathfinder and Blind Guardian. I also enjoy some Cannibal Corpse sometimes.

I also like the offspring, can't say I've ever really listened to cannibal corpse. I'll have to give them a shot.

I mostly listen to instrumental game soundtrack music and a mix of other genre's like: Power/Folk/Progressive rock or metal, neoclassical, and anything ambient/instrumental with a good and subtle atmosphere.

Couple of examples:

Porcupine Tree, Sonata Arctica, Korpiklaani, Eluveitie, Love Solfege, Opeth, Saitama Saisyu Heiki (also know as SSH), and a ton of various game OST's like: RO1 and RO2 (The Gate of the World one, Legend of the Seconds OST doesn't really count as its roughly the same.), Nier, The Last Door by Carlos Viola, The Last Story, Phantasy Star Online, Jet Set Radio, and pretty much all the Castlevania music ever composed (Especially Symphony of the Night).

Probably a lot more that I'm forgetting.

I get what you're laying down, funny you say that because I've been listening to a lot of the Nier soundtrack lately.. fuck is there some beautiful stuff on there.

Yeah, the Nier soundtrack is absolutely fantastic, too bad the game itself was poorly received, so it sadly goes unnoticed by a lot of people.

I listen to a lot of metal, practically all day but this doesn't mean I don't listen to other genres but metal is the thing that just raises my pulse hehe. I listen from glam metal, to death and melodic death metal, metalcore, deathcore, hardcore, power metal, neo-classical, a genre for each state of mind .
