When you have a technical issues follow these instructions from top to bottom:
- Provide the bottom list marked with what you tried, if you are crashing or failing to launch the game.
- Sending us the file content from "Detailed Patch Info" in Launcher at the "Generate a Report File" Button
- Explaining what you were doing to reach this issue.
- List what you have tried to solve the issue
- Providing us with any .dmp files mentioned if it was a crash, their filepath is listed at the bottom of the error report.

In case of **crashes** or **failure to start** the Game or Launcher you **have to follow this list and send us a copy of the list with everything [x] marked that you have tried**
```
- [ ] If given admin rights (DONT DO THAT) to anything -> Delete all files and reinstall
- [ ] Moved `arcadia-online` folder to my `C:/users/<your_user>/` folder. (E.g. `C:/users/foobar/arcadia-online` as user `foobar`)
- [ ] Ensured the filepath towards the game folder does not contain non-ascii characters, such as: Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese
- [ ] Didn't use Windows' own `Extract Here`-feature, but Winrar or 7zip.
- [ ] Moved the arcadia-online folder outside from the arcadia-online-20240821 folder.
- [ ] Made sure Avast, Malwarebytes and Windows Defender have an exception for aocli.exe
- [ ] Uninstalled Razer Synapse
- [ ] Uninstalled Warsaw Banking Software
- [ ] Changed DEP settings as described in viewtopic.php?f=25&t=1264
- [ ] Changed advanced folder permissions as described in viewtopic.php?f=25&t=300
- [ ] Updated Windows to either uptodate Windows 10 or uptodate Windows 11.
- [ ] Uninstalled OneDrive
- [ ] Moved arcadia-online to a USB or external drive and then back to the recommended location.
- [ ] Restarted PC.
```

Provided link to .dmp file seems fishy and incomplete.
