can someone help about my iphone4 japan locked?

i cant used my iphone 4 japan locked.. it was given me yesterday but still cant figure out how to unlock it, i have a gevey sim but the problem is i cant connect on the service in our carrier here in philippines.. pls help :mrgreen:

it is on iOS 7.. i want to downgrade it but idk how dude (/hmm) i'd try many apps, one of it is the iphonehacker tool

the version is 7.0 and the modem firmware is 4.1

I downgraded sucessfully with RedSn0w. Should find some guides online for it
